Utilized Casting Methods

Foundry Engineering of Europa-Export Plus, Ltd. is represented by several techniques as follows:

A wide selection of casting methods makes it possible for everybody to select an optimum alternative: one-off models, irregular shapes or full-scale production with our guaranteeing complete identity of products within a batch.

Additional Manufacturability

For adjustment of its structure, a metal blank undergoes normalizing; and the perfect outside appearance is ensured by a device for cleaning casts from beads and other defects, and by blasting equipment.

The foundry works “Europa-Export Plus” exercises constant control of chemical composition and mechanical properties of products in accordance with the GOST standards and requirements of a customer. The enterprise scientific base is represented by a metallographic laboratory, an express-laboratory, a chemical analysis laboratory and a metrology laboratory.

Availability of up-to-date machinery (the CHIRON machining centers; DMG MORI CMX 1100 V, EMCO S65, all-purpose machines: milling, drilling, and turning machines; NC machines, coordinate boring machines; welding apparatuses, furnaces for thermal treatment of parts and materials) provides for manufacture of parts within the shortest possible period of time, with fine quality and low cost; a painting facility or putting of galvanic coating will ensure reliable protection of metal against corrosion and significantly increase wear resistance of your products.
